Thema classification codes
Use EDItEUR’s online interactive browser to select Thema classification codes.
EDItEUR provides spreadsheets in various languages here (https://www.editeur.org/151/Thema/#Code_lists) as well as the briefest set of instructions on how to use the scheme, and this page also hosts mappings from the old BIC scheme to Thema and from BISAC to Thema.
Thema is freely available and usable without fee, under a highly permissive but not entirely ‘open’ license DOI:10.4400/nwgj.
