Unclear why the uploader thinks that the copyright tag applies to this file. As it seems to be from 2021, the author can impossibly have been dead for at least 60 years. Stefan2 (talk) 17:25, 14 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Keep The last paragraph of the license says {{PD-VenezuelaGov}}:"Intellectual products generated under an employment relationship in the public sector—or financed through public funds—that generates intellectual property rights, will be considered to be in the public domain, while maintaining the authors' rights to public recognition". And the mayor office (Alcaldia) is part of the public sector ,any work (logos,coats of arms,etc.) created by public sector is not copyrighted (google translator).
